Best place to stay in Ghent! Highly recommended! Lovely rooms and facilities, staffs are all super friendly and warm. I have stayed at this hotel twice before and am so glad we chose it again for the Christmas period. It was cozy, festive and very central; the Christmas markets were almost on our doorstep. I'm glad we chose the Premium room, it was very spacious and honestly the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in at a hotel. Loved that there was both a bath and a shower. The underground parking was very convenient.

The design of the lobby and rooms is very textured. The receptionist at the counter will introduce the city to tourists in detail. Most importantly, if you leave your luggage at the reception in advance, someone will help you take it to the room. This hotel is very comfortable and high quality. I will stay here again next time I visit Belgium.

Good location, walking distance to St, Pieter train station and central Ghent. The staff , Lucca and Glenn, were excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. Our room was magnificent and the grounds were beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay here.
