Excellent location, just keep in mind that is up in a city hill if you are coming from the train station and you are carrying a lot of luggage. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is complete in all senses and the location is just 2-minutes walk from the grand plaza. I really appreciate the lockers they have on the ground floor.
