I really enjoyed my stay here for many reasons. They were very quick to respond to my messages / requests and were there to meet me at the airport in the middle of the night. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable . Breakfast was high quality and enjoyable by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with my travel arrangements, as was the French owner who speaks fluent English .

had a wonderful experience at Lancaster Ouaga 2000. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a personalized fruit plate and a kind note — a lovely gesture that made me feel truly appreciated. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel feels extremely safe. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ouagadougou!

The property was very good. All staff were very supportive and cooperative. Specially the receptionist Yacouba was very cooperative. The restaurant was very nice and nice food. The security was also very exceptional. Whenever I will come back I will stay there.
