I really enjoyed my stay here for many reasons. They were very quick to respond to my messages / requests and were there to meet me at the airport in the middle of the night. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable . Breakfast was high quality and enjoyable by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with my travel arrangements, as was the French owner who speaks fluent English .

The host is very pleasant, friendly, professional, flexible and very attentive to his guests’ needs. The hotel is situated within close proximity to all amenities and the rooms are very comfortable with a lovely touch of African design.

Great location, 5 minutes from Ouagadougou airport and peaceful stay with supportive staff. Always great to stay at Les Palmiers.

It is clearly the best hotel in Ouagadougou at this time. Times are challenging for all hotels, it has to be said. The immense pool and the plunge pool in the current hot weather, the good food (not automatic in a hotel in general and in Ouaga in particular), the spacious room, and most importantly the guest-oriented honest friendliness and efficiency of the staff make me recommend this place.

Break fast was fine with lot of varieties, free airport hotel shuttle. Location is in the city center and nice.

The stay was very lovely for me, Nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities. pool. Good choice for breakfast.Bar area was pleasant, ,although not expensive. In general, the staff were helpful and efficient.
