I was celebrating my fiancé’s birthday, and choosing this hotel was truly the perfect decision. The place is incredibly luxurious, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The room was spotless with a stunning view, and the atmosphere made our celebration feel even more special. Everything about our stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ali at the front desk — he was the MVP! He helped us change our rooms and made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. 🙏🏼 The staff at the beach, pool, and restaurant were also wonderful — especially with our baby. They went out of their way to make things easier for us and showed such warmth and care. 😍

The Merchant House has possibly the best location in Manama: You can walk to the Souq, to the waterfront and take a cabs both to the east to visit the Bahrein fort (6km), to the south to visit the A'ali Mounds and to the west to the Pearling Trail. On top of that, you are a few steps away from Haji Cafe-restaurant were you get the best authentic (and cheap) breakfast in Manama. Don't miss the Quran Museum, full of jewels, also walking distance. Also visit the Khamis Mosque and the new Souq Al Baraha.

The hotel was clean and tidy and was highly recommended by Ibtihal. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to meet her during our stay, but she followed up on every single detail of our experience. The hotel is truly lucky to have a staff member like her. The terrace view was awesome, and I’m looking forward to the shisha, as they informed me it will be available soon. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. I initially planned to stay for just one day, but ended up extending my stay to almost five nights. Thank you to everyone who made my stay memorable. I will definitely be back soon.

Everything was perfect, the room is specious with partially see view. The room is equipped with all needs e.g. washing machine, coffee maker, smart TV with YouTube and Netflix streaming. The bathroom is excellent, with good water pressure, nicely decorated. The view is beautiful too on the harbour.
