From our arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and were exhausted after 27 hours of being awake traveling and they made the check-in process easy for us. The breakfast selection was simple, but good and enough food. The gym is located a very short walk from the hotel and had all the basics, which was great. Many sights within Centro is walking distance from the hotel and even a supermarket (Angeloni) is very close to the hotel (you can see it from the road infront of the hotel). We rented a car and they parked it in the hotel’s underground parking each time and brought it out when we needed it - so parking was indeed safe and the service was simple and good. As we’re celebrating our (10 year) wedding anniversary on this trip they made it special for us with a lovely chocolate cake in our room.

The breakfast was very good. Many options for drinks, fruits, breads, and cold cuts.

This was a great choice for an overnight stay from the airport. Large rooms, nice bed and friendly staff. A short and cheap Uber ride from FLN

Everything was just perfect! Big, clean room, next to the shopping mall and the restaurants, nice promenade and it was an amazing location for celebrating New Year!

We loved everything! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel amenities are excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and there’re plenty of activities within walking distance, including Beira Mar Norte, the Municipal Market, and Beiramar Shopping. There are also many restaurants nearby, as well as options within the hotel itself. The hotel has a gym, a pool, and a small shop for essentials. We would definitely stay here again. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was really good with many options, there was a large comfy bed, the bedroom had amazing view to the bay and the bridge, and super well located. I felt very safe at all times.

Really good location in a safe area and the rooms are kept clean and tidy . Good shower , good aircon , comfy bed . Helpful staff who can store your luggage for some time after the check out if necessary.

The location is superb; it's practically downtown the Rodoviária (bus station) is almost across from the hotel, and it's very near the Mercado Público, where you can go shopping for souvenirs or simply grab a beer. From just outside the lobby, there is a great view of the bay and the lovely Hercílio Luz bridge. Also, they have a collective of restaurants and bars right next door, called Armazém Rita María, which is quite lively and slightly upscale. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Everything is amazing in this hotel. The staff were all lovely. We stayed in the suite and was amazing.

The location, my room has a comfortable bed, lots of surfaces and a little fridge. The shower was cold the first night/morning, I told them and it was fixed immediately. I got cold, asked for another blanket, it was there when I got back. They've been very helpful and flexible, allowing me to extend my stay in the same room and changing reserved nights for my daughter, as we await a discharge date from the hospital. Despite language barrier, Google translate has been a boon. Breakfast is nice too. .
