Friendly staff very willing to help despite the language barrier. Bed was comfy, pillows good, towels smelled very clean and the shower was good. Pool was refreshing and the breakfast vast and tasty. Toucans sleep in the tree by the pool, and hummingbirds buzzing everywhere. If you want to see the toucans, the tree across the road had like 30 every evening from 5pm onwards. Macaws everywhere too. Amazing. We used their tour service to visit their farm for a birdwatching tour - it, too, was fantastic, as was the guide, Edson.

The place is beautiful, spacious, very comfortable, clean. Kitchen is well equipped. The garden is full of birds. It's a calm, resting place with a very good atmosphere. The owner is a fantastic person. He can connect you with the lical people that do boat trips. Staying there was surely one of the best experiences I had in Brasil.

It was a beautiful and spacious place. The bedrooms were cosy and the dining area was a huge open space where it looked like it could hold wedding receptions. There were huge old walk in furnaces that they had turned in to a chill out zone and there was a small pool perfect for relaxing after a tour. It’s also a part of a massive farm, horses, cows, fish farm, cute little frogs that sound like race cars and howler monkeys in the trees

Alooana and Segundo are the best hosts anyone could hope for. The stay is completely tailored to you, including meals and activities. The animals on the ranch are incredible! I was sad to leave and would love to return!
