GermanyThis is truly an excellent choice for a stay in Santos. The apartment is very clean and well furnished, with a lateral view to the Sea from the large terrace. Is a situated in a building where many apartments are rented out to tourists. The reception at ground level is where you receive your key to the apartment. They are well used to foreign tourists and speak very good English. After booking the apartment, it is very easy to communicate with the owner using WhatsApp and auto-translate. People with a car are provided with secure parking in the garage in the same building. All in all, this was one of our best stays in Brazil and we recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Our visit to Santos was for departing on MSC Grandiosa crossing to Europe Genoa. Therefore site seeing was limited. But what we saw was great and friendly People.
From Sao Paolo, Guarolhos Airport, we made use of COMETA bus services to Santos Bus terminal. Excellent and affordable, from Santos bus Terminal we used a Taxi' to The Studio as well as to MSC Cruise Terminal.

Is the best city I know in Brasil, because the beaches, the people, infrastructure, food,etc.
You can walk safety close the the beach at any time and nobody bothers you or ask for money.
We were at Boqueirao where you notice very educated people on spite were carnival days with many people coming from Sao Paulo.
I never saw a drunk or a homeless during my stay and you can see a lot of police men taking care of the order.
A very nice place to visit several times with modernity and confort everywhere.

I love everything - staff, cleanliness, breakfast, ambiance, the facilities are amazing, support and assitance from staff, concierge service is excellent - they provide towels - nice ones, they provide converter sockets, descent food. We have been to Brazil before and stayed in the Blue Tree Towers in Sao Paulo, Tatuape - there is no comparison in terms of cost and quality of service and cleanliness etc. We will be using Sheraton Santos Hotel again. I pray they keep up the standard of service.

This is not a beach that represents Brazil’s beautiful...
This is not a beach that represents Brazil’s beautiful beaches at all. It’s dirty (I’m taking condoms and used tampons on the sand instead along with seashells), it can be smelly at time, and it’s overly noisy even late at night. I’d never come back. If you want to see São Paulo’s beaches, visit the beaches towards Ubatuba instead.

Overall people is really nice, very helpful with tourist, the beach have a promenade garden all around the whole beach which is really nice. Starting from the road across the beach there are all types of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. just keep in mind that everything close around 9pm so make sure you buy everything you need before that however there is always the option to get a delivery from mobile apps like iFood, etc.
we really like the city, actually thinking in spending the 3 months of Brazil summer there.
