It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of London. The host was wonderful. Lots of space, even had a few things hotels don't have, like cotton swabs to fix my makeup. I was very happy that the entrance has automatic lights that come on as I was attending a concert and returned late so I was able to get in safely.

Breakfast and dinner was amazing. Best staff I’ve ever encountered in any hotel!! And I travel ALOT! Beautiful rooms, clean. The only BIG HUGE problem was there were no outlets next to the beds or night tables. Charging my phone was annoying and my husband has a CPAP machine…where would he plug it in?? The outlet situation was horrible. The desk didn’t even have an area to charge.
