Excellent service and a fantastic breakfast! Very comfortable, spatious room.

Room was great, we had 5 adults, plenty of room for what we needed. Breakfast was also great, the staff was visible at all times and kept everything stocked up.

Everything was spot on. Breakfast hot and fresh, entire hotel clean, room size great. The pool/hot tub and gym areas were also kept neat and clean.

Great customer service and the restaurant was really lovely, great food and service, thank you for a lovely meal!

We have stayed in Novotel before in Europe & have found them to be good value but nothing above ordinary. This Novotel in Montreal was exceptional. Very welcoming staff and nicely furnished & decorated reception area. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The location was perfect as it was close to the P.E Trudeau airport.

Very close to the airport, the free shuttle was easy to find. The hotel is very quiet and amazingly has a garden with shrubs and a lilly pond. A real haven of peace! Comfy beds and good linen, modern bathroom. Breakfast à la carte, good. Friendly and efficient service. Had one dinner, was nice.

I like their breakfast. There are varieties to choose from. The staff too are friendly.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing and varied every day.

If you fly from Montreal, it is an excellent and practical place to stay. The room was very comfortable, and the entrance is newly refurbished....it looks great.
