The breakfast was amazing, the room was super clean and the staff was just so friendly. I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere and had this great of service as well as a very great room that feels just so comfortable for a very reasonable price. I will be booking through this hotel again whenever I stay in Edmonton.

Had a great trip to Edmonton to see the West Edmonton Mall. Went to Elk Island National park and saw buffalo in the snow. Enjoyed the quirkiness of Edmonton and it's mall that went on and on and on. Found things a little pricey, but had a great time overall. Visit Boston Pizza, a Edmonton staple and try the Green Onion cake. :)
We enjoyed walking through the old part of Edmonton. It's a "real" city - not just a tourist attraction. There are ethnic markets everywhere. We visited an Italian grocery store, and it was like being back in Italy.
I loved the family friendly attractions,West Edmonton Mall,The Zoo, and the Science centre/Imax are great places to bring kids of all ages, Little local shops like Curiosity Inc. made the stay very exciting. Getting around was fairy easy and the main tourist attractions were clearly marked.
Edmonton is a nice city with some beautiful scenery and parks to enjoy the outdoors. Down town is ok for walking but you do encounter a lot of homeless and shady characters while walking in the early morning or evening l. They shopping is excellent, but there are some very confusing streets and awkward intersection
Edmonton is a fun city to visit! Lots for families to do, including the West Edmonton Mall and the zoo. We had a blast at the water park and Galaxyland in the mall. Edmonton is an easy city to navigate. Definitely worth the trip!
Going the Royal Alberta Museum, sightseeing on the Provincial Government grounds in Edmonton (Provincial Capital for Alberta) and the West Edmonton Mall were real treats that we enjoyed while in Edmonton. We lost a day due to personal issues and would have like to have been able to see more of Edmonton.

Great place to stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean, and a great bed. Very nicely styled and warm. The bathroom was clean with a great shower. Having a full kitchen was very helpful and was well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, absolutely loved it! Frank and Linda are fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming! Convenient to public transport, only one bus to go directly to West Edmonton Mall or Downtown.
We were on the main floor close to both emtrances so it made it really easy for us to come and go with our toddler and dog. Also, the Kind Suites are perfect when you have kids so you can have your own space. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice but it could have had some windows for natural light. The location is perfect for shopping in South Commons, the airport and getting downtown within 15 minutes.
The hotel rooms were quite, the breakfast was pretty decent. And the kids loved the pool. If you know Edmonton or even if you don’t it’s easy to get to destinations like west Edmonton mall and jasper ave from here. The room had really good working Ac, and a mini fridge that fit full size cans and all the snack stuff we needed for our kids
Room was spacious queen suite with good amenities. Staff were very helpful printing boarding tickets and arranging some bit of breakfast for our 4am check out. Is next to the Hilton hotel where we had a lovely meal. Also very close to west edmonton mall, 8 min drive.

This hotel is in a very good location with reasonable charges. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary wine tasting and nibbles in the evening is a most appreciated gesture. The restaurant has very good meals at a reasonable charge. We were quite happy with our stay and recommend this hote.
Huge room. Very clean. Linens are nice and white, no stains. Pillows are comfortable. We were only here 1 night but it was a great night. I would stay again.
