Staff were lovely. Immaculate hotel. Great facilities. Fridge in room and some rooms have kitchenettes. Was perfectly placed for our trip as we did not want to be too central. Good access to Uber so getting anywhere was easy. Will definitely return when we visit Montreal in the summer.

If you fly from Montreal, it is an excellent and practical place to stay. The room was very comfortable, and the entrance is newly refurbished....it looks great.

Hospitality of the personnel, clean gym and pool, comfy room

Very close to the airport, the free shuttle was easy to find. The hotel is very quiet and amazingly has a garden with shrubs and a lilly pond. A real haven of peace! Comfy beds and good linen, modern bathroom. Breakfast à la carte, good. Friendly and efficient service. Had one dinner, was nice.

It's a great place to stay close to the airport! The breakfast was excellent (was included into our rate), the room was huge and the beds were comfy. I also appreciate free transfer to and from the airport, I think they run every 30 minutes (saw a schedule on the reception desk) but you need to call the hotel so that they come and get you. At the moment of writing in early 2024, the shuttle pick up is near door 8 on the second floor of YUL (at least it is for international flights, I'm not sure about domestic ones).

Everything was great, from the trip to the moment I arrived. Jenny was incredibly friendly and warm, and offered me all sorts of help! The facilities were lovely and my room was clean.

She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable by providing excellent recommendations for a tour of Montreal and nearby restaurants for dinner. Her suggestions were spot-on and truly enhanced my trip. Additionally, she informed me about the convenient parking extension, which was very helpful. Cynthia's professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Cynthia for her outstanding service!
