CanadaVery accommodating, as I had developed an issue with my leg since making the booking and had to have them change me to a ground floor room, which they did no problem, and even made sure it was one right by the exit door. Staff was awesome, I dealt with 3 different people between checking in and out, and everybody was super pleasant and very helpful. Also, some of the reviews had mentioned there was no A/C, I'm happy to report there was a newer unit in our room that worked well. I was told by front desk staff that all the rooms are air conditioned, so if that was ever an issue at this location, it has since been resolved. Also, the beds were good, we all slept well

CanadaThe host came out at 11pm to help us find where the rv was parked and ensure we were set up even though we arrived well after check in. Benefit of arriving in the dark was the beautiful mountain views in the morning :)

Sandman McBride is an older hotel under new management that has made significant improvements from the last time we stayed here. The rooms are clean comfortable and fully equiped; the management courteous and engaging. The hotel is a very adequate wayside stop on a long lonely highway. It is not a vacation resort.

Perfect location well staying in the beautiful village of McBride near walk to town center and to hockey rink. Dog friendly motel as well rooms very clean and tidy would definitely stay agian during my travels...

Very clean , lots of parking space as I’m truck driver, very nice staff that greet you nicely when you arrive, my recommendation is if you’re driving through McBride this would be ideal spot for comfort.
