Search hotels in St. Barbe

Not much in town (including walking), but good to break up a trip along the great northern peninsula. Only regular gas in town, but nearby towns have supreme and diesel. We stayed here two nights to give ourselves a full day to see l'anse au meadows, st. Anthony, a boat tour, and environs. That turned out to be perfect since the weather was sunny that day. Lots of folks taking the labrador ferry stay at the dockside hotel.

St Barbe is not a place to stop for sightseeing. It is a place to stop to rest or catch the ferry to Labrador. The walls of the cabins are so thin you can hear the people next to you. The cabins in my opinion do not provide full value for what we paid.
