CanadaOne of the friendliest places I have ever stayed. The manager ( I think he probably owns it) held the doors for us, not just when we checked in, but during our entire stay as I am disabled, he went the extra mile to make sure it was easy for me to get in and out. He also offered to carry our luggage. The room was freshly renovated, well cleaned and extremely quiet and comfortable. We slept excellent both nights we stayed here. Also nice cold A/C, which was huge since we stayed during some hot weather. Vanderhoof is an extremely friendly town and we definitely plan to visit again!

Vanderhoof is a nice little community on the shores of the Nechako River, we spent time on the river and visited the Nechako White Sturgeon Conservation Centre, which was very interesting and we highly recommend.

I love the room we had, we got the king suite, more than enough room for my husband and our 2 sons. The bathroom is one of the main reasons, I keep going back, it is gorgeous with a beautiful soak tub and amazing shower. The cleanliness, the room itself, just 5 start hotel, feels like you are a celebrity!!

This is a very clean and comfortable inn. I was worried at first because of the attached liquor store but there were absolutely no issues. We had a quiet night. Its location is also very handy for travel.

The hotel room was comfortable and it was conveniently located near to Highway 16. There was also a very good eatery within walking distance.

The hotel has no elevator would be the only downside. The stairs are steep and hard to navigate with large luggage.
