Loved the fact that u can float effortlessly ! 1) When in the 9 foot end of the pool I had my arms out to the sides & floated standing up (very cool) !! 2) And...they have a warm/cool pool too so if u feel hot u go back & forth to cool off. We went back & forth from hot to the warm/cooler pool for over 2 hours which was ultra relaxing 3) Another great thing...is in the warmer/cool pool I did exercises with my arms & legs as I floated so I got my workout in with very little effort 4) They have boogie boards & noodles too if u want to have 1 of of those under ur arms & float with ur eyes closed..which felt like I was floating in a lazy river just chilling 5) Ur body, muscles & joints will feel noticeably better on day 2 of ur stay!! 6) the restaurants (eg ODA, Mikes bar & the Beach Shack across the street) & the food at the resort & food truck r all good & reasonably priced. Gift shop is really nice too with tons of clothes, swimsuits & souvenirs 7) the Beach area across the street is nice too with tables & chairs next to the Beach Food Shack * (Don't forget to bring ur water bottle in there though) ** U DON'T need to go to Israel or the Red Sea..just go here to (The Little Red Sea of Canada) ! Highly recommend A MUST-DO trip for all ages ! We'll be back 4 sure !!

I didn't sign up for breakfast but Mike offered me breakfast several times but I had other plans. He treated us to a barbeque one night that was excellent and my last day, breakfast, which was unique and very good. The rooms are very large, clean and tastefully decorated. The room stayed comfortably cool. Trains passed frequently. Inside the room the sound was muffled quite well due to the masonry construction, and did not pose a significant problem. In Watrous, all the hotels/motels are along the strip, I'm sure the trains would pose more of a problem there than at 'Le Vignoble de L'ecole' Only 4 rooms, thus far, are available. The possibilities here are endless, so I hope he continues to fix it up. If you are in the area it is well worth considering. I also enjoyed meeting other guests and eating breakfast with them my last morning. I was competing in Canadian Championship Horseshoe tournaments in Manitou Beach, 9 nights, so the travel was significant. On the other-hand, after a day of competition, it was nice to have a clean, cool, quiet place to relax. This may be equally nice for visitors to the Beach, to have a nice place to relax after a day at the spa and wall to wall people, especially if you have small children, they'll probably have more fun here, than a long day at the beach. Mike was very interested in what I was doing and even came to Manitou Beach one day to watch me compete. I say, "good luck to Mike, and hope his endeavors succeed".

Front desk guys are very welcoming and help for any requests. Recommend for this place to stay.
