Surrounded by the impressive scenery of the Nendaz, Verbier, Veysonnaz, Thyon and La Tzoumaz Ski Areas, Nendaz 4 Vallées & SPA is right next to the ski elevators. The spa and the selection of saunas were magnificent. Especially we enjoyed the outside pool with view of the mountains and whirlpool elements. Also all the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the historical Bisse hiking trails.
Set on a ski slope in Nendaz, 24 mi from Zermatt, Hameau les Clèves features ski-to-door access. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. We had a fabulous time at this gorgeous chalet. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a ski holiday. Great service, friendly staff, good food, excellent facilities! Hope to come back soon!
Hotel Les Etagnes is right next to the gondola elevator in Haute-Nendaz in the Quaters Vallées ski area. It offers newly renovated rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi access. Brilliant host, dedicated and very hard working. Food great, just what we required. Apres bar on site had a good atmosphere.
The Edelweiss hotel is located in the Four Valleys ski area in Haute-Nendaz, next to the Tracouet cable car and the piste. It offers bike rental, free parking and free WiFi. staff is very polite. They accommodated an early check in just for me as I needed to drop my things and get ready for an event. The room is lovely and next door to the slopes (you can literally see the telecabines from the hotel) - will come back. My room had a shared bathroom, which I thought may be an issue but turned out to be absolutely fine; there is a sink in the room and the toilet and showers are separated and very clean. No issues there
Located 1640 feet from the main ski elevator, in the resort of Haute Nendaz, Chalet Grand Loup is a modern luxury chalet that overlooks the impressive Rhone Valley. Chalet Grand Loup is a fabulous chalet with breathtaking views. Steve and Karen were excellent hosts and made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived and offered wonderful advice. The rooms are spotless and breakfast was delightful. I highly recommend to stay at Chalet Grand Loup.
Offering free WiFi and mountain views, Appart 4 pers. Ski In & Out is a property located in Nendaz. The apartment is about 20 meters from the slope, which makes it extremely convenient for skiers and snowboarders. It was very clean and has all the appliances you need in a holiday apartment and also tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper, etc. The apartment fell very homie, or in other words, we felt just like at home. It's nicely decorated and cozy. The main bed was quite comfortable - we didn't use the bunk bed. In short: I'd totally recommend it. We also enjoyed the sauna in the building, which was basically private because no one else was using it. Nedaz is very nice as well. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, so we very much enjoyed our evenings in the town.
The Résidence Mont-Calme is located in the center of Haute-Nendaz amid the 4 Vallées Ski Area, only 656 feet from the nearest ski elevator. Absolutely fantastic modern apartment in an old building with a lovely helpful host. A shot walk to the centre of town to restaurants and bars. A bus stop to the ski lifts almost on the doorstep.
Charmant Studio, 2 adultes, Centre de Nendaz, a property with a restaurant and a terrace, is located in Nendaz, 2.1 miles from Mont Fort. This is an excellent apartment for two people. Located on a bus stop to Sion train station and a ski bus stop to go to Siviez, where we started skiing most days. Or a 7 min walk to the gondola in Nendaz. The kitchen is well equipped and the decor is lovely. A highlight that you don't see from the reviews or listing is the very large balcony, with table, chairs and deckchairs. In early march the balcony got great sun until 16:45, so it was a fantastic place to drink a beer after skiing.
On average, 3-star hotels in Nendaz cost $548 per night, and 4-star hotels in Nendaz are $1,309 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Nendaz can be found for $2,958 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
Nendaz is not the best location to access the 4 Vallees ski area and depends on one run, which was in poor condition. The alternative bus to Siviez is not especially regular and takes a fair bit of time. The new lift back via Plan de Fou is a much better return option. The skiing in the Nendaz sector is best for beginners and more advanced intermediates and not especially suitable for progressive skiers with few long runs.
Nendaz is nicely situated in the center of 4 Vallées ski-area so one can go anywhere and see everything in a week, although we hope to stay once for 2 weeks. Not too big village, but big enough to have everything one may need. And a spectacular view down to Rhone valley and up to the mountains on both sides of the valley.
Nendaz is down to earth family-friendly station with easy access to a great variety of slopes in the 4 vallées. It is a great place for skiing, less so for after-ski or for partying. Prices are more or less at the standard Swiss level, Nendaz is not cheap but not a rip-off either. Nendaz is more relaxed and friendlier than its posh neighbor Verbier, and access from Sion is easy either by car or by bus.
This is relatively small town high in the Alps with breathtaking views from just about anywhere. The people are friendly and helpful and prices at the restaurants are very reasonable for Switzerland. I went for the Alphorn competition and folkloric festival and the parade and it was an experience I will never forget.
Nendaz is a perfect place to stay, because it's not that expensive as Verbier and too small as Veysonnaz. There is only one drawback thoug, if you are get caught in a bad weather in Nendaz your chances to be cut off from the rest of the skiing areas are very high and you will be limited by Traquoet area, which is only a few runs.
Nendaz is a lovely location with nice bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the skiing but probably not the best location for complete beginners like us. There is only one nursery slope and it is hard to access when you can't ski to it.
Apartment R4 is the best in the whole Nendaz, in our opinion. The location, view, comfort, speedy wi-fi, bathroom with toilet + another toilet, heating, peaceful sleep, great kitchen and eating corner, huge balcony, huge garage (for 4 cars), the nearest building to the ski-lift (gondola) embarking point, we had our skis serviced (wax + edges) at a service only 50 meters from this building, everything was perfect.
Not your typical outdated Swiss hotel. Decor was up to date, fresh, clean and lovely. Nespresso machine in the room!! Soaps and shampoos are good quality. Breakfast was great. Outside bar is fun. Grounds are family friendly with play area & trampoline. On site free parking. Staff was amazing. Lift across the street to take you down to the Main Street. Literally steps from the Tracouet lift.
This is rather small hotel and the owner was there all the time. She was incredibly warm and welcoming and went far beyond expectation in trying to answer my questions and giving guidance. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is directly across the street from the cable car so in the winter, the location is ideal for skiers.
Cosy place overall, pleasant location in the heights and away from the large buildings and traffic of the center of Haute-Nendaz, great food at the restaurant, cozy dining room with fantastic panoramic view over the Alps across the Rhone Valley, breakfast simple but good, good coffee and delicious freshly prepared orange juice, attentive staff, small TV room with sofa.
Le cocon is absolutely astonishing. It is a lovely accommodation for a small family who is spending their weekend in nendaz to explore the mountains. It is a small appartment, but it surely doesn't feel that way. The host has divided in such a way that it feels like there is three rooms and a bathroom.
Beautiful place just off from the bustle of Nendaz, very quiet and with outstanding uninterrupted view across the Valais. Rooms not facing that way still benefit from the same view from balconies and common areas. Karen and Steve are super welcoming, beds and bedding very comfortable. We hope to be back.
Fantastic views from any of three balconies! Just amazing. Could just sit and watch the valley in hours. Great with access to the pool and sauna (need a reservation, costs about 15 franks for 50 min). Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Close to the city center and ski lifts
Fantastic location next to ski lift and the lift to Nendaz is 2 minutes. Fantastic views from the balcony. Would even go with my family. Nendaz not for beginners and more intermediate and advanced skiing.
central location, hotel with SPA in the same building complex, covered parking, great kitchen and family space with fireplace, great view! Contact with the location agency, access to ski cabin via lift,
The property is perfectly located across the street from the skiing lift and close to the shops. The view from the apartment onto Nendaz and the whole valley is fantastic.
Location is good but the receptionist where racism to us .. It was our first time at Nendaz But they made us think of never come back again !!
Great locatio in Haute-Nendaz. Lovely host!
Absolutely fantastic modern apartment in an old building with a lovely helpful host. A shot walk to the centre of town to restaurants and bars. A bus stop to the ski lifts almost on the doorstep.
