I stayed for a weekend in September 2023. What an excellent location for a hiking base after a nice comfortable sleep. Trails right across the tracks, both directions, left or right, were beautiful hikes., right in front of a new train station soon to open. The most memorable part was the food. I was lucky to order from the Wild menus both nights, still thinking it was one of the top restaurants I ate at during five weeks in Europe. Wow! Great location, incredible food

They let us check-in early which was really great and picked us up from the train station. The room has enough space to walk around and has a terrace. Changing diaper cushion was provided. The electric sockets in our room have protective plastic cap inserted. Amenities suitable for kids such as swimming pool and big playroom. Food was really delicious also. Staff were really kind. The location is very quiet and relaxing. Hotel is really great for kids.

Fantastic walks all well signposted. Hotel Weisses Kreuz ideally situated in village, 12 minutes walk from station. Bergun is an excellent staging post for the trains that travel from Bergun, over the Bernina Pass to Tirano (E.g. Glacier Express). A must visit, in good weather, is Ospizio Bernina and Alp Grumm.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious and comfortable room and enjoyed hearty meals in the restaurant. There's a lovely view not just from the room but also from the bathtub. We love how the only way of getting there in the winter is by train – and the journey on the famous Albula line is just spectacular. The sledge run to Bergün starts right outside the hotel, and a train to St Moritz for the pool takes just over 20 minutes. The hosts were super helpful. Special thanks for that surprise on the last day!

We had a perfect stay at Apartment 401 over Christmas. Linda made sure we had everything that we needed. We really appreciated all the homely touches (providing orange juice, tea, coffee), and the information about what would be open and closed over the holiday period. The apartment was very well heated, we loved the heated floor tiles. It’s a short walk from Bergün station and conveniently located at the end of the sledging runs. Would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Bergün!

Very thoughtful host who went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly as I needed it. The apartment is homely, warm, spacious and delightful. Even has two bathrooms! The location is superb in the quaint mountain town of Bergun.
