I would like to confirm that the location is wonderful and the price-to-quality ratio is absolutely spot on. But most importantly and truly the greatest value of this place is the staff. We were victims of a very unpleasant act of vandalism that was completely unrelated to the hotel. Despite this, the hotel staff surrounded us with exceptional care, kindness, and genuine support. It is rare to encounter such warm, sincere, and truly extraordinary people. Thanks to the manager’s incredible help and commitment, we were able to continue our journey and reach our destination and now we are happily skiing as planned. I would also like to send special greetings and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful lady from Ukraine who served breakfast. She was incredibly kind and supportive, and during our most difficult moments, she comforted us with delicious coffee and a beautiful smile. The locations was amazing, there is an incredible walk on the doorstep. The staff were very attentive and even offered us a luge to take out with the family. The room was very comfortable and accomadated us comfortably. The hottub was a nice way to finish the days. We ate breakfast and dinners at the hotel everyday of our stay which were all delicious.
