Honestly - the best stay. It’s one of the cheapest option I’ve ever stayed at & one of the nicest. Of course the interior isn’t the freshest & most fancy, but people who work there are amazing. ESPECIALLY MAN ARE, the man who was working on 02.11 on the reception (with the Turkish accent???) a bit bigger guy, not the thin one, I am shocked from his hospitality and friendliness. He helped me with the lobby after check out and even opened for me cola zero I ordered tho he isn’t a waiter. Thank you. Wish I could have cash with me to thank him 😭😭😭

The facilities exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. Everything was very up to date and clean. It was quiet and I was able to reserve two rooms next to each other.

Everything was fine. Cleanliness, staff, rooms. Just perfect.

The hotel was very close to the metro station, and it was very easy to find. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. We also received free public transport passes, which included discounts for some museums. The room was clean, and fresh towels were provided every day. The breakfast was very good. It’s definitely worth it! If I visit Lausanne again, I would definitely stay here.

Very calm area, the property was very clean and the bus stop is very close to the hotel.

Located downtown, close to buses and metro. Very pleasant personel! The rooms are very well isolated from noise from the street, which is quite good. Ventilation by airco.

The hotel was in an ideal location to visit the lake area by car. The room facilities were adequate. The room was ideally sized and very clean. The view from the balcony was especially magnificent! I highly recommend visiting the Lavaux region during your visit.

Rm 603-Room has been recently renovated and was super clean and modern. Pretty small but suitable for one person as intended. Comfortable bed, lovely big shower but very low pressure. Reception and cleaning girls nice and friendly and helpful. TV had English channels which was great for a change. Chocolate was very nice from the fountain.

A pleasant surprise. Big room, clean, very good breakfast. Close to the train station. A hotel with a character.
