There is a great “sightseeing” walking trip around the town.

There is a great “sightseeing” walking trip around the town. The waterfront is great. Lots of history around the town dating back to BC and roman. 3 museums all worth it. Decent choice of cafes and resto’s. Close reach to geneva on train. Leman is wonderful.

Lovely location on shore of Lake Leman.

Lovely location on shore of Lake Leman. Plenty restaurants and cafes within walking distance of each other. Train station and ferry port easy to reach. Picturesque area, lovely for walking around. Easy to take a ferry trip to France also!

Nyon has the tough luck being located between Genebra and Lausanne. Nevertheless, the location by the lake with plenty of history makes it a great place to visit and have a gentle stroll around its quarters.

Nyon is a lovely city and very cosmopolitan.

Nyon is a lovely city and very cosmopolitan. The ability that the hotel provided to me - from the tourism office - to have a free pass to travel to the places of interest within a certain area, and free bus travel, was very helpful. The trains from Nyon connect to the important cities of Switzerland.

Nyon is a magical place with stunning views of lake and mountains. It is very well served with public transport networks that are easy to navigate. A fine selection of shops, restaurants and cultural activities. A superb base for venturing forth to explore the surrounding countryside and cities.

We keep returning to this hotel. Christophe, Margreth and the staff are all very helpful and welcoming. the restaurant serves a selection of well prepared dishes including a cold buffet breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable and kept clean daily. The hotel is very convenient for the town, lake, station and busses all only being a few minutes walk away.
