We had booked Villa Toscane for our wedding anniversary however they kindly upgraded us to a lake view room in the Royal Plaza. The staff couldn't have done more for us and the hotel and facilities were superb. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was excellent.

The staff is really friendly and provides good information about the city.

Excellent location Friendly staff Approachable from market and city centre

We had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel Les Négociants. The location is excellent — close to bus stops, shops, the train station, and only a short walk from Lake Geneva. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and our room was on the fourth and top floor. The elevator only goes up to the third floor, so we had to walk one floor up, but this was not a problem at all. The staff at reception were extremely kind, helpful, and always happy to answer our questions. On our last day, they also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. The room itself had a slightly old-fashioned style, but we actually felt that it matched the character and atmosphere of the hotel very well. It is also easy to get from the hotel to Chaplin’s World, which we would definitely recommend visiting. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

Great location on the grande place. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely suite on the corner at the front

The room was very spacious and having the restaurant attached was great. Amazing view from the room.

Everything is great, we enjoyed the stay. One day the receptionist was sarcastic and unpleasant to talk to, apart from that everything was great.

Ideal location across the street from the castle, at a good price, simple and convenient just for direct accomm that was very comfortable.

The family rooms were spacious n very clean. Breakfast was very good.

It was lovely, clean, lake front and walking distance to markets and restaurants

Amazing views, great restaurant, kind service both in the restaurant and at breakfast

Helpful efficient staff, great room with outstanding view and an excellent breakfast

Elegant stay with the family.

A modern hotel with a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva. I had an upgraded room with a private balcony, and upon arrival the staff kindly upgraded it even further since it was low season. The room had views in three directions directly over the lake — it truly felt like floating above the water. The restaurant is excellent, with a panoramic lake view that creates the same magical feeling while dining. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city, with beautiful promenades starting from the hotel and stretching along the lake in both directions. Guests can also use hotel bicycles, which is a wonderful way to explore the area. Great breakfasts, very friendly staff, and an outstanding price-to-quality ratio. I truly loved my stay here.

Beautiful hotel, great location, opposite the train station and close to the promenade. great staff, lovely breakfast.

Great hotel, which you can access right from platform 1 of Montreux train station. Nevertheless, during the night it was completely quiet. All staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, big choice of fresh fruit, granola, and hot foods, great quality products.

Great location right I front of a bus stop. Very friendly staff and a tidy comfortable space.

We loved absolutely everything! The staff were incredibly kind and professional and we even had the chance to hear a beautiful, inspiring true story about the statue in their backyard. I won’t spoil it! You’ll have to visit and hear it for yourself :) The breakfast was excellent and the room along with the hotel, surroundings and views was simply stunning. The complimentary public transport card was the cherry on top, allowing us to explore so much and truly enjoy the area. We couldn’t recommend this experience more. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so magical and unforgettable!

Location is great. 5 min to train station. View from room is super, facing the lake. The staff is super polite n kind, breakfast start at 8am but we need to catch an early train the next morning, the staff is kind to prepare breakfast for us at 7am. Really appreciate the kindness.
