It is a very old and beautiful building. Staff at the reception esp the blond guy with the beard and at the continental breakfast buffet was super polite.

Excellent location if you are visiting Charlie Chaplin musee, although you really need to drive there as the walk would not be ideal. Public transport is excellent, with a bus stop just outside the hotel, taking you to Vevey and Montreux. Special shout out to the reception staff, he was very friendly and helpful, giving us some much local information and details of the free public transport

Welcoming feel! Awesome location right in front of the Christmas market. Amazing views of the lake from the balcony. Super comfy bed, pillows and duvet!

Absolutely beautiful place and very kind and welcoming hosts. The room exceeded my expectations: high wooden ceilings and a balcony overlooking nearby farmland and down to the lake. Peaceful and tranquil setting, and a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. Our dog was also very welcome. We booked dinner and breakfast, and both were fantastic, with high quality local produce with a lovely selection, lots of vegetables and salad, from a buffet. Beautiful terraces, one behind the building and one through the restaurant. A lovely "meditative path" through the woodland for a pre-dinner stroll, and the birds from the woodland provide a beautiful soundtrack of birdsong to the whole experience.

The family rooms were spacious n very clean. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location right on the water it was a great spot to do long walks in a very pretty setting directly on lake Geneva. Our room was very big and had a great water view. We had a balcony as well. the bathroom was very big And nice

We had a delightful stay at the hotel. The property was well located across the road from the train station and along the river. Everything was within short walking distance or via access to local bus service nearby. Check in was effortless and nothing was too much trouble for any colleague we encountered, particularly the front doorman who exuded joy. The rooms were clean and immaculately presented. The view was simply breathtaking. The breakfast range was more than enough to get you started for the day and the menu and restaurant service were both excellent. A very polished 5star venue and would not hesitate to stay again.

Everything! I was at the end of road trip and preparing to head back to Sweden and needed some good rest and I found it at this hotel Big, fresh and clean room. Very very good breakfast Staff were really really helpful! Staff were exceptional. David was a mine of information which saved us alot of time and money. Meal in the hotel restaurant was lovely and very good value compared to others in the region. Views over the lake cannot be beaten. Will hopefully come back again.

The location, the friendly staff, exquisite restaurant on terrace with beautiful views, beautiful spacious rooms with a view of the lake and mountains. 24m swimming pool with deep end and excellent Spa with professional therapists. Housekeeping was exceptional, we really appreciated their attention to detail.

Hotel is very close to the lake, and close to everything in Montreux. It is a small boutique hotel which makes the experience more personal, reception great help any time you need one.

Wonderful location and hotel , smart , clean elegant a real treat , but added bonus was the staff at reception and bar and restaurant even the cleaners were smiling and helpful - really will return . perfect well done
