A very picturesque and tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the beauty of nature in silence. I'd also like to thank for the sincere hospitality. I decided to walk from the train station, which would have been fine, but the path is quite steep—a fact I wasn't aware of. It wasn't a pleasant walk with luggage. Suddenly, a car stopped near me, and the owner politely offered me a ride. It was the hotel director. Sincere thanks, monsieur le directeur. I was pleasantly surprised and felt very warmly welcomed.

Nice place for a short time staying

Excellent location if you are visiting Charlie Chaplin musee, although you really need to drive there as the walk would not be ideal. Public transport is excellent, with a bus stop just outside the hotel, taking you to Vevey and Montreux. Special shout out to the reception staff, he was very friendly and helpful, giving us some much local information and details of the free public transport

The room was gorgeous, very pretty and very clean. The outdoor area was the best, beautiful bar and restaurant with a view of the lake and the outdoor pool felt like a hidden gem. Absolutely happy to recommend. The Guerlain spa was to die for!

The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff are accommodating and friendly. It's an ideal hotel for families. The young kids enjoyed the nearby Aquatis Aquarium. Best of all is the hotel is directly above the Lausanne Metro station Vennes. Staying here also gives you access to Lausanne Transport Card which allows you free use of public transportation throughout Lausanne

The location is exceptionnel. We had rooms with Lake view and it was beautiful to wake up facing the raising sun over the lake. The simple room is a bit small in comparaison to the double rooms. The old fashion decor makes the charm of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast Buffet was nice, even though a bit pricy especially for kids. My kid received at arrival a bag with a leaflet about things to do in Lausanne with some crayons, which was much appreciated as well as free cards for public transport. The beautiful playground nearby is an added plus when traveling with young children.

Characterful property almost on the shore of the lake. Furnished with impeccable taste. Staff genuinely incredibly friendly and helpful.

the recently new owner has really upgraded what was a tired hotel. the situation is incomparable, as are the views of the lake, the Savoy Alps, the beautiful lake steamers calling at the jetty ….The staff are great, the rooms neat and clean, loads of sitting out or in areas, abundant trees for shade

As for me personally, from all the hotels, this is the best hotel ever: everything is light, done in white and light grey, with a comfortable modern and streamlined design that uses the space optimally, no bright lights that shine in your eyes, no decorations, spotless and simply functional and spacious, with easy access. You walk in, and you feel relaxed. Place to put your stuff in the bathroom, there is an elevator, and there is parking, clean waterboiler etc, nice toiletries. The wonderful town of Vevey is nearby, and so is Montreux etc. The rooms in the back face a wall of lush green and the sky, but it's not dark or somber, it is nice and quiet, no lake view and no train and traffic rumble, just serenity. For the lake, go to Vevey, lovely town!

Very clean and a lot of pleasant things

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Location was near the train and metro station. Town centre was a good 15 minute walk but you could use the metro instead. Free travel card for Lausanne was provided which was brilliant.

Stunning room - very large, very well appointed and beautiful view

Incredible location, right in the city center, a few steps to the cathedral or the main pedestrian street and right next to a metro station and a street elevator. The room was clean and comfortable, not really bright. It was a rainy day and we really appreciated that we could use umbrellas from the hotel.
