Quiet, cozy. Perfect for some rest in a beautiful location

The view is breathtaking. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the view is. I would definitely would visit again and would recommend it to all my friends.

Very nice und polite staff! And... what a view!

I honestly could not recommend this place enough. Everything I needed was provided for. There was an Asian based restaurant and a private bay for you to jump into Lake Lucerne. The breakfast was expected by European standards. The bathroom may be a little outdated in style but everything looks so clean and brand new. It is very well kept. I had the fluffiest towels ever. The shower was super hot and consistent. And my room on the top floor was large. There was no elevator so you do need to carry your luggage upstairs. But the room with those views. The pictures I took don't do it justice. But the highlight was the staff. They treated you like family. I honestly did not want to leave.

We loved our stay what a cute place in a great location.

Friendly staff and Sophia looked after us very well and made an extra effort 👌

Everything, will certainly come back. Location perfect, staff exceptional, hôtel on the edge of Lake Lucerne. Perfection

Loved the big room and amazing view. Fantastic breakfast.

Welcome +++ / Astonishing view / Réal confort as at home

The hotel was really pretty, with nice location close to the bus stop and just next to the lake. The building the beautiful inside & out. You can watch the lake during breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety and quality. The room was also spotless clean and very stylish, with great view on the lake and the mountains. Comfy beds.

The view from my single room was outstanding. Truly gorgeous. Overall the room and hotel were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options. Reception and dining staff were lovely

Where do I start? The room is spacious, our Mountain View was lovely and the weather was good enough to keep the door open or relax outside. Breakfast was excellent, good quality products and very good spread. The staff from reception to servers in the restaurant were amazing! The lady at breakfast paid attention to detail, on day 2 she even kept special kiddie cutlery for our little one! Spa! If all that is good enough, the spa is lovely and so relaxing after a long day outside. Very clean! Would definitely stay here again! Already scouting out dates 😀

Excellent location in the vacation area of Rigi Kaltbad. Really well kitted out rooms with a view of the mountains. Friendly helpful and caring staff.

Amazing location, super delicious food.

The location near the lake. And the room was so good for our friends that we get to share.

Absolutely amazing. Proposed to my partner at this hotel and the staff made it so smooth and did so much for us. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and will definitely return.

Insanely nice staff and restaurant staff. Very cute place in perfect location on the lake.

The location is very good, very near to the lake and train up to Mt Rigi. The staff are all awesome. The room condition, facilities and cleanliness is really very satisfactory. Thank you for looking after us very well.
