We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel and a fantastic experience at the restaurant. Everything exceeded our expectations — the rooms were comfortable and clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was delicious. A special thank you to Angelina, who was working at the bar. She was simply amazing — friendly and nice. Her excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable and memorable.

Very centrally located in the heart of Einsiedeln, right opposite the impressive monastery, very spacious room, superfriendly and welcoming staff. Have been there before and will surely book again. Great value for money, Great Hotel

The location is perfect for family

I honestly could not recommend this place enough. Everything I needed was provided for. There was an Asian based restaurant and a private bay for you to jump into Lake Lucerne. The breakfast was expected by European standards. The bathroom may be a little outdated in style but everything looks so clean and brand new. It is very well kept. I had the fluffiest towels ever. The shower was super hot and consistent. And my room on the top floor was large. There was no elevator so you do need to carry your luggage upstairs. But the room with those views. The pictures I took don't do it justice. But the highlight was the staff. They treated you like family. I honestly did not want to leave.

Great room. Schwyz is a beautiful city. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was renovated but classic. Breakfast was very good, with tasteful croissants and breads. The bathroom was quite impressive.

It was perfect for our family - our kids loved the play corner and its selection of toys and puzzles. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from ether the town centre or the lake.

I really enjoyed my stay at Helvetia. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature and wonderful views. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was fresh, tasty. I especially appreciate the warm and friendly attitude of the reception staff. Everyone was polite, helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay at Helvetia again. Highly recommended!

It’s just around the corner of the main attraction, many restaurants around there. Very clean and easy check in and out. Staff are very friendly

Great location, wonderful view, the hosts were very nice. The breakfast was very rich. We had a wonderful Time!

Friendly staff, and an easy taxi ride form Zurich. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's great value for money and the bus to both ski lifts stops right outside the front door. There is a municipal pool in the same building. It was open until 9pm on weekdays but shut at 5pm on the weekend.

Location just 20minutes from Lucerne city, view was excellent, especially when winter season, all covered by snow, value of money, we chose holiday home and suitable for family comfortable to cook your own food, pool was awesome surrounded by snow and water was warm, kids were very happy and really enjoyed all facilities, very suitable for family with kids

Location, new building, staff and communication

Very good breakfast, car chargers, free parking, (even though I paid anyways...), nice staff. nice and quite location.

Comfortable. Classy. Clean. Coffee machine in the room stocked with pods. Good food in theyr restaurant, great breakfast. Staff was fantastic.

Nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty of Morschach, the views were absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive. Rooms were cozy and impeccably clean, offering the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Very very quiet environment.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally spacious with a great kitchenette. Had a lovely view of the lake, enjoyable from the nice balcony. Laundry facilities are fantastic. Everything was very clean. Self check in was all too easy as well. It’s like a home away from home.
