The Hotel Freihof is located in the center of Unterägeri, about 0.6 mi from the Ägeri Lake. It offers free garage parking and free WiFi in all areas. Breakfast options were good, but you had to walk across town to the sister hotel to get it. Nice walk but if its rainy or cold not so nice as you can't just go down to breakfast before your shower
The Guggital Hotel Restaurant offers an extraordinary view over the roofs of Zug towards the lake, and is far away from the noise and stress of the city. Due to circumstances I couldn't make it to the hotel, and had to cancel. Staff was very flexible, friendly and reassuring. I'll surely go back once I can travel again.

We loved the local organic food from farmer's nearby. The coffee was delicious. It was very calm and relaxing with the sounds of cow bells throughout the valley. We loved the famous "flower walk" which was nearby with wildflowers and breathing taking views while walking along the cliffs overlooking Lake Lucerne. It was hard to leave.
