Excellent location for walking along the lake. Some nice cafes opposite the Villarrica letters that are just next to the hotel. Very spacious room with a huge comfy bed. The view out the window was beautiful esp when the clouds cleared and you could see the Villarrica volcano. Great shower facility Breakfast was generous, plenty to choose from. The scrambled eggs were very good.

Great location super friendly staff. We liked the fact that two rooms next to each other shared a balcony. Views were fab and to step right on to the promenade which was a hive of activity at night. Though central the rooms are at the rear so quiet.

The hosts Gisela & Marcela are the best hosts you could wish for: enthusiastic, top service (every day the beds are made and fresh towels), the central sauna is free of charge and you are provided with big towels. The breakfast is vegetarian and the best we’ve ever seen with lots of fruit and every day a different kind of sweet. Communication is in Spanish with some loose words English, but that’s just part of the fun. The tiny houses are great. Carparking is secluded. There are lots of seats in the central garden. We stayed here 5 nights and wished we’d not have to leave

This apartment has been perfect. Cosy and well equipped. Lovely and warm. Its small but great for a solo traveller or a couple. Nicely decorated and clean. Two ring hob and pans to cook simple dinners. Washing machine and a decent shower. Good WiFi and tv. It's so central to everything, easy walk to shops/lake etc and still a quiet and safe place to stay at night. Eva, the owner, lives next-door, she is wonderful and incredibly helpful. Even offering lifts to the hospital and flasks of coffee when my daughter went into labour (purpose of my trip)! I extended my stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. One tip look under the sink in the bathroom where there's soaps and shampoos. I didn't think to look and went out and bought some.

Their breakfast is delicious. A lot of details which really make the difference. My bedroom was downstairs, under/beside the wood stairs and a little noisy with upstairs guests in the evenings/nights I spent there. Everything is very tidy. The location is one block away from the Costanera and the Mapuche Feria and Ruka. The managers/owners are kind and professional. I loved my stay!
