Very helpful staff, at the front desk everybody very helpful. We used the pool many times it was almost empty and the staff there is also very helpful and nice. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast has huge choice. We will definitly return.

Spacious rooms with nice design and attention to detail. Simple accommodation but great coffee and good breakfast. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. Will stay here again.

Perfect as usual. This is my 4th time on the hotel and I'll return it next time. Perfect location, near by the lake, and closed to mall restaurants. I recommend.

The location is great. I was positively surprise on the hotel itself, very big room gives you nice feeling.

The staff make a hotel, and the staff at this place go a very long way out of their way to help. An extremely friendly team who welcomed me like an old friend rather just a returning guest. The rooms are very nice, the beds are extremely comfortable with good pillows and high quality cotton bedware. The shower was powerful and there was endless hot water to smooth away the aches. I really cannot fault this place, it’s my haven in Dalingshan.
