Where do I even begin? I absolutely loved this hotel. From the location and comfort to the incredible staff, everything was a 10/10. We stayed for nine days and really appreciated all the thoughtful extras, especially the free laundry service, afternoon snacks, and late-night supper. The complimentary laundry service was an absolute lifesaver, particularly since we visited Shanghai during the summer when it was incredibly hot and humid! Our experience was wonderful from the moment we arrived. Our flight landed very early in the morning, so we reached the hotel long before the official check-in time. The staff were so welcoming, especially Milly, who was absolutely lovely. She kindly offered us complimentary breakfast, which was very much needed and appreciated after such a long-haul flight. Even though we arrived several hours before the official check-in time, the staff kindly arranged for us to get a room much earlier than expected so we could settle in and rest after our long journey. We really appreciated how accommodating and thoughtful they were, and it made such a wonderful first impression. From the very first day, we felt incredibly well looked after, and the hotel made our nine-day stay in Shanghai that much more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Shanghai!

Receptionisterne var utrolig hjælpsomme og søde. Det var super rent inde på hotellet (både reception, gange, elevator og hotelværelset)
