The hotel is nice and beautiful, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Honestly, I recommend anyone coming to Shanghai to stay here. Although it is about 15 minutes by car or metro from The Bund, it is definitely worth the distance.

The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable, with great staff. It’s located about a 10–15 minute walk from Longde Road metro station, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the station — a great bonus for guests! Perfect to stay. Recomended. ADVICE TO THE TOURISTS: The hotel is located between Longde Road metro station (to the right of the hotel) and Wuning Road metro station (to the left). Longde Road is a bit closer, but I highly recommend using Wuning Road station at least once — the view from the big bridge is amazing and definitely worth it!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were a nice layout, very comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities. There is a nice bar/restaurant downstairs that locals come to. We definitely would stay again!

The rooms were extremely clean, the staff was insanely nice! Offered to change my bins even though I was do not disturb. The lobby felt like a nice gathering place where people were on their laptops and ate. The private toilets and showers were also extremely well maintained. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, very rich, and with a great variety of choices – definitely one of the best we’ve had. We would also like to give a big thank you to the lady who cleaned our room on the 16th floor – Cao Qing Min – she did an amazing job and everything was always perfectly clean. Our room felt very spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the whole hotel. The location was also excellent – very convenient and easy to get around. The staff took great care of us and made us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again.

Comfortable location, tasty breakfasts

The staff was very nice and helpful for any doubt I had. The breakfast was extremely good, everything was tasty and I really appreciated the variety of options they have. The room was big and clean. Position was also good (near the subway) and not too far from the main attractions of Shanghai. I would reccomend this hotel and I would definitely chose it again if I will be back to Shanghai! 5 stars

Great location, metro round the corner and walking distance to Jing A malls and attractions. Very friendly staff, and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was amazing, good variety of Chinese and international food. I had a room with AI mattress that works really well to relax with a good massage at the end of the day.
