Comfy bed. Rooms.wher3 ok. Hairdryer available, extras (e.g toothpaste, etc) on request at the hotel front desk, due to Shanghai regulations. Breakfast was excellent!!!! Very well located, in front of people's square, Metro line 2 takes you from either airport to the hotel door. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional. The staff we're very helpful, Professional and Friendly. Speedy check in. They gave us hot towel and hot tea upon check in. Assisted us in every need. Rooms and Bathrooms are big and clean. Beds are very comfy. They cleaned the rooms and changed the towels everyday. Complimentary water bottle, coffee and tea is always offered. We had free Breakfast included in our stay and the Buffet during the morning had many options to choose from Continental to Asian Cuisine. The Hotel overall for me was clean, neat, and fresh that deserves a 5 star rating. The Hotel is accessible to all transportation. Bus Station in front of the Hotel, Subway is 100 meters away and accessible to all Didi and Taxi Transport. There is also a 7eleven and Starbucks just a few steps beside the Hotel. There are more Restaurant and store near.
