Throughout the whole hotel cleaning is active for most of the day which shows shows the place to be very hygienic. I would also like to say a big thank you with much appreciation to the one youg man ESTEBAN the hotel receptionist, he made my stay 100% comfortable and relaxed.

The bedrooms are enormous and nice and bright. The staff was really accomodating. We showed up a day early and extended our stay by a few days. The beds were firm and comfortable. Clean. Shower pressure was okay. The neighborhood is in a tranquil and well maintained area of Cali. There are parks nearby, close to Rio Pance, and lots of good restaurants and Unicentro within a 20 minute walk of the hotel. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained, breakfast was delicious. There is a workout space, a coworking room, and a comfortable sofa that is a good place to chill in the communal areas.

The Rooftop Pool was an amazing experience!

The buffet breakfast which was great and had many protein, carbohydrate and fruit options. The chef working NYE weekend was excellent. The rooms were of a high quality and good value for the price paid.

The hotel is located very close to the river banks which lead you to the very nice quarter of San Antonio with bars and restaurants. We arrived by car and could park free of charge in the private parking garage. Since we had to leave early, we could not join breakfast but the staff packed a little breakfast box for us. The rooms are very quiet and clean.

Extremely friendly staff "con mucho gusto". No problems ever to ask to fill the jacuzzi. Clean, good working air conditioner, tasty breakfast, coffee and water 24/7 at the lobby. Very neat and professional service

We booked the hotel the last minute, as the accommodation we initially booked was unsuitable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whatever we asked for, they were happy to provide. Very clean, beds super confortable, amazing breakfast. Very good value for the money.

I liked the location and my room which was spacious , with a comfortable double bed and well functioning air conditioning , welcome in warm Cali . I enjoyed the breakfast environment, open to the air with good views from above of the nearby sports stadium and of the hills further in the distance . Along with the good basic breakfast of scrambled eggs this made for an uplifting start to the day and the cheerful , helpful breakfast staff were happy to facilitate my preference for supplementing this staple with milk and hot water for cereal I separately purchased my own tea bags I mostly preferred to the coffee provided. Reception staff were polite and in the main efficient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated but it was more than adequate for my needs.
