We enjoyed our stay in the eco hotel, the staff, the food, and the views were amazing! I would stay there again despite the fact that walking upstairs to the room can be tiring:)

Excellent location with warm, attentive service. The staff are friendly and very helpful—José and the ladies in the kitchen make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The homemade food is delicious, and although the swimming pool is small, it is lovely and well maintained.

How clean it was and the service

Amazing location, right in the national park so could hear the monkeys and lots of.birds came up round our room. Great staff and food from their restaurant was very tasty as was breakfast. Is basic but more than adequate.

Easy to get to from the park’s main entrance. The place is pristinely clean, and the rooms are cool and comfortable. You wake up to the sounds of nature. A beautiful place, surrounded by friendly animals. The food is amazing, and the staff makes you feel truly welcome. Thank you to July, Efraín, Mona, R8, and the beautiful birds for such a lovely stay.

Staff were lovely and helpful and took care of everything we needed. The rooms are very cool and unique and feel spacious because of the extremely high ceilings. Pool deck was pretty and was very relaxing. Food was largely very good.

This Boutique Hotel shares common grounds with Maloka Barlovento Hotel and Casa Barlovento! access to the beach and Cliff bar is a fabulous experience! Location and staff were absolutely marvelous! A great and rewarding beautiful place to unwind after Hiking with my family the Tayrona lost City for 5 days.

Amazing location, amazing amenities. We stayed at the Cabana 1 and it's the most unique experience falling asleep with the waves and wind (quite loud but we loooved it). It's warm but with the wind and fand it's totally fine. Be ready for a once in a lifetime experience living at peace wit ht ocean and the jungle :)

I've been all over Colombia and the staff was one of the best I've seen in Santa Marta and anywhere in Colombia. Hospitable, quick to offer a drink or anything else. Pool area is just like shown with hammocks too and not many people since it's such a small place. Will return.

Location in the hills/mountains covered by the jungle is simply out of this world. It is also nearby the entrance of Tyrona park. The rooms are very beautiful and well maintained in the beautiful tropical garden. Spa is great and in an amazing spot of the garden. Restaurant is very good with interesting plates and revisited local cuisine.

The Frana Lodge exceeded our expectations. From the very first second Iván picked us up at the meeting point, we felt completely at ease. The walk to the lodge was absolutely fine and very easy for us to manage, and crossing the river each time was an experience we truly enjoyed. Upon arrival, we were immediately offered water and towels, and warmly welcomed by Franz, the owner. The rooms are in excellent condition, equipped with a fan and a mosquito net, and are cleaned daily. The beds were by far the most comfortable we’ve had during our travels, and the pillows were incredibly cozy. No matter where you are in the lodge, the view is simply breathtaking. The location is also ideal, with close proximity to many beaches, Tayrona National Park, and a variety of activities. The food is outstanding, both breakfast and dinner are delicious, and lunch is also available. The portions are perfect and clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a perfect stay and are always happy to assist with any questions. Iván, in particular, made our stay even more special with his friendly and cheerful personality. You can truly feel that the people working there love what they do, and that Frank has created a wonderful atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. They also have the sweetest pets, we loved them so much! In summary, this is the perfect place to relax, and we highly recommend it.

Casa Isabella is such a beautiful place and we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. It’s well located near the entrance to Tayrona. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and the food was great. The pool was clean and perfect to relax in the heat.

Really nice place, staff were lovely and helped us with a desk in the room as we had to work. Also prepared soup for us as our stomachs were sensitive post infection even though it wasn't on the menu. Stunning views!

Fantastic roadside hotel. Gorgeous rooms, reasonable prices, outstanding staff. Solid traditional Colombian breakfast.

Laurent and Bruno were wonderful hosts. The hotel has character - with many artistic touches that give the hotel a special atmosphere. It is set next to a wide, rocky stream in the jungle, away from the road, so it is a quiet and beautiful setting. The food is excellent, with welcome variety of international dishes. Bruno has more than 40 years of experience as a horse trek guide and cares for animals exceptionally well. We would not have considered a horse trek in Colombia or Peru because of concern for how the animals are treated and environmental impact in parks like Tayrona or the Inca trail, but we went for a lovely horse ride up into the mountains behind Tayrona with Bruno. We were so glad we found the Barranquero!

The energy of the property was very strong because it’s full of nature, full of green and beautiful beaches around the property. Some of the beaches are calm and others very strong, you will find some of the beaches near to the cabins for example playa Arenilla is just 15 minutes from the property and others 30 or an hour walking it’s up to you where you want to go and how much you like to walk. It’s just an unforgettable experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly, offering us tips on what to see in the area and letting us store some of our luggage while we went to Tayrona Park for a couple of days. The location is very convenient if you're planning a trip to Tayrona; various waterfalls are easily accessible by bus too. The hostel also has a very friendly little puppy:) Dinner is available, and the rooms are clean. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay! Keep being awesome!
