The hotel is situated in a beautiful green valley, and from everywhere you have a magnificent view. The hotel has two spacious verandas (one of them attached to the suite) - excellent for social events! Unlike many places in Colombia, there is no music playing, which made our stay particularly relaxing. The swimming pool is well-maintained, clean and cool. The restaurant offers delicious meals with water/ tea/coffee available all the time. We stayed in a suite with two rooms. Although there was only one toilet, it was clean and modern, with excellent shower. The beds are comfortable, and there is an extra one underneath.

The room is well laid out and the bed is a true king-size. The staff were super friendly although lacked training. The view was nice, the location was close to the centre of town and yet not too noisy.

The hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet area where you can hear the birds sing. Grounds are not very big but you have beautiful scenery and all the meals are catered so you don't have to leave the hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We travelled with a 5 month baby, and they lent us a travel cot and kept things in the fridge for us. Overall a wonderful experience
