Selva María Hotel Boutique is a beautiful and peaceful oasis in the picturesque town of Santa Fé de Antioquia. The owner of this small hotel has thought of every detail – it’s decorated with great taste. Breakfast is delicious, and the coffee is excellent. I had booked the cheapest room and was initially a bit disappointed that it didn’t have a window. But that’s something you have to expect right in the old town, as there are hardly any multi-story houses and the buildings are close together. On the second night, I was given a larger room at no extra charge. There’s a small but charming outdoor area with a hot tub and loungers. Highly recommended!

This an old and classic hotel building, that is very well preserved, and offers all the comforts you would expect at a modern, well appointed hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff is amazing, and helpful, especially Yady, at the front desk (she may be the manager, I’m not sure). We loved this hotel!
