It's a very quite place to rest

The service in general was excellent

There are few items that keep this hotel from being absolutely first class. 1- should have chair and small table in the room, provide hairdryer in each room, add small microwave and coffee machine. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness impressive, staff kind attentive and super dedicated. I don’t get this level of service many places unless I’m paying $500+ a night

The staff were amazing, the room super clean however it was windowless and small plus the bed very hard. Still for the price paid I feel it was an excellent stay

I loved the breakfast at Hotel York. Being from Las Vegas, NV, I consider myself an expert on buffets, and the York breakfast was first class.

Small boutique hotel offering very good room and quality products, comfortable and cozy. They dont have elevators so getting heavy luggage by stairs is a challenge. Location is in a residential area hence no shops or good restaurants nearby. Metro connectivity or main road also bit away but not walking distance.

The staff is friendly, the place is well located, close to metro, mall and cafes. Its extremely safe and nice, the room is big. Everything was clean, and they clean the place often and change towels too. Highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is really customer-friendly and tries to do everything to give their guests an absolutely great experience. Every morning we had a good breakfast. The rooms and beds are fine, they sell drinks for their guests, and they even have an agency for local travel. The hotel is well located: a 10-minute walk to the metro station, a 5-minute walk to the Viva Envigado shopping center, and a 5-minute walk to Envigado's city center. We highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for the great stay!

This place is exceptional - the build quality second to none in colombia. High Quality bathroom,plumbing and most importantly windows to the Balcony - sound proof ! Highly recommend for a calm comfortable and luxurious stay
