The staff is excepcional, pretty quiet and location is beautiful.

I liked the location, pretty good landscapes and also the customer service. There are some pets that you can get along.

The manager, Ivan, was very kind, offering complementary coffee, liquor and was very attentive to our needs and comfort.

It was a nice location and had a nice pool

It is hard to believe that a one-hour drive from Bogota brings you to a WARM, tranquil paradise with view of the countryside that goes for miles and miles. This resort is amazing - everywhere you look is something unique and beautiful: tall Buddha statues, bonsai plants, a clear sparkling koi pond, a peacock, bright colorful flowers, large oriental wall art, an elegant bar and restaurant, and a spacious pool that has a rock waterfall and shallow wading areas surrounding the deep part. Gourmet breakfast was included - delicious. Our room was the closest to the pool with comfy beds, deluxe bedding an inside garden in the bathroom, airco, Nespresso machine, and luruxrious furnishings. The kids loved the pool, the "farm" with pony rides, alpacas and many other animals, the hike to the waterfalls, and the horseback adventure.

Is a quiet place for resting. Alex, the chef, is excellent. And of course the food is absolutely fresh and delicious. Diana and Lina are very courteous. Housekeepers are always available for any need.

Excellent customer service Personalized attention Excellent food Friendly staff Look forward to returning

Beautiful nature, gorgeous views, and comfortable facilities. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and in the garden and playing bolirana. You feel like you’re out in the countryside but you’re right on the edge of town, super convenient location. Would highly recommend staying here!
