The location is perfect and very well indicated. We got there without a problem. The staff was always available to provide us the support needed to get to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and incredible. Completely built around the nature, with an amazing beach in front of the hotel and a tropical garden inside it. A great balance of the building, with the local environment (beach and lake) is seen in all aspects, which confirms the minimal impact of the hotel activity in the nature around it. The pictures of the hotel do not show how amazing it is. It's really an incredible place to spend a break and relax. The hotel has the nicest staff we've met in our travels, and the plus, they have the most cutest dogs and a shy cat. Excellent time spent there and would recommend all the time.

Amazing staff, Valentina went out of her way to help us! They made us feel at home and kept the place really clean. Breakfast was healthy and tasty every day. The location is great, just away from the loudness of the beach, but close enough to still be almost right at the beach.
