The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. As it was impossible to sleep in the smelly room. wasted our time going there is definitely not worth the money and is a health hazard.

The Hot Springs were amazing. The place is well kept with great services and amenities. I stayed at Matisses Hotel and Spa. I enjoyed both places. I was glad to visit both places because it made my vacation more interesting. There is so much natural beauty in both places, I am so glad that I was able to experience both. The way Booking.com is managing the bookings are wrong; they should charge for a room not for the number of people; if the room says it can accommodate 4 people and have 4 beds then give the price for 4 people on 4 beds then if you want to refund the price for the people that are no using the beds then it would be fine... I've never seen that kind of system in my life that charges by person, that is tacky, shameful and miserable that after driving 3 or more hours to that isolated place you tell your customers it will be more money, but if it would be less people then you would not even refund it. The natural place is amazing, but that hotel is precariously managed.
