The house is AMAZING! I agree with previous reviews that it's like submerging yourself into a fairy tale - there are so many details and they are arranged together so nicely that it works like a miracle - I mean the atmosphere in the house is smth to be experienced. We've spent my kid's birthday there and the vintage arcades were very handy to entertain the little ones. Music machine is top notch - smth you observe in old Hollywood movies, and it is still working! There were lots of nice china which I personally enjoyed a lot, definitely a destination point for lovers of unique vintage design, especially if you have kids.

Really enjoyed my 3-night stay! The place was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was kind and responsive, which made everything hassle-free. It’s in a great location—quiet, but with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Would happily stay here again next time I’m in the area! The view to the pool is amazing

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Ambelikos...

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Ambelikos Traditional Hotel. We stayed in the Supreme Room with a fireplace and spa bath, and it exceeded all expectations. The room had clearly just been renewed and felt fresh, stylish, and extremely comfortable. The fireplace added a cosy touch, and the spa bath was perfect for relaxing.

Potamitissa itself doesn’t have things to do.

Potamitissa itself doesn’t have things to do. However, villages such as Pelendri, Agros, Kyperounta are near by and have plenty of things to do. Do visit the taiakkas winery near pelendri for a nice immersive experience. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the Symposio Taverna in pelendri.

We loved the remote area set in a true Cypriot style! The courtyard the restaurant and layout was beautiful! We did book the superior room and it did not disappoint us, it was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains! The sound of the birds singing in the morning was amazing! The jaccuzzi was perfect after our travelling ! There was a good menu to choose from and we would definiteley recommend a stay here if you need peace, a place to unwind and cut off from the stress of everyday life 😊

The location and the surrounding scenery. The hotel was among a green area of forestry. The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. The hotel itself was quite good in the traditional way it was built-in. I have to say also a good job to the employee (the one and only staff member in the hotel) who was doing a very good job trying to overcome all his duties 👌 the owner of the facilities was also very hospitable and kind and very willing to provide anything we needed.

gorgeous view with traditional experience. the hotel is located in a picturesque village, very quite and relaxing. the patio is beautiful, the host was very welcoming and there is plenty of parking outside.

Great small hotel in the Troodos Mountains with a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable host and an excellent restaurant on site (best trout and kleftiko I had thus far on Cyprus).
