The joining instructions were to telephone the owner shortly before arrival in order to be welcomed, this all worked well. There was no breakfast available, as explained in the arrangements, as there is no kitchen, but coffee was provided and a selection of drinks, beer, wine and water available in the room, at a small extra cost.

Food was excellent... Best in area. Staff were friendly and helpful even with limited English. Hosts were accomodating and went above and beyond ensuring guests were happy

It is perfect. It is located right near the train station. It is a very good base for exploring the area. Lots of parking, good hot water, a nice clean kitchen. Very near good resturants and parks in town.

Although the receptionist didn't speak any English we managed to communicate effectively and she was very helpful and friendly. No breakfast available, but I had an evening coffee and a rather nice slice of cheesecake.
