The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They were very helpful and had detailed information about public transportation plus other travel tips for the area. They had a large parking lot and easy access to the train station. The location was fantastic for traveling into Prague without having to drive into the city. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

We liked everything about this beautiful hotel and the grounds. The staff was kind, helpful and professional. Our room was much bigger and nicer than we expected. It had a sitting area, a very comfortable bed and pillows, several windows, it was tastefully furnished and decorated. The hotel was located in a forest park, away from the noisy streets, so the place was peaceful at night and we slept well. We regretted we were in Prague only for one night, we would love to stay in this room longer. The restaurant in front of the hotel looked inviting, but we ran out of time to try it. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choices. The food was constantly being refilled, so there was always enough food for everyone coming in. We liked having gated parking on property.

The hotel was in line with expectations and previous guest reviews. The hotel is located near tram and train stations that quickly transport you to the old town of Prague. The price of accommodation is acceptable and good. The breakfast is at the level of the hotels rank, the rooms are clean and in line with expectations, the staff is extremely kind and helpful for all our questions or possible situations. Given the nature of our visit to Prague, where we could not know in advance how many days we would have to stay in Prague, at one point we had to temporarily check out of the hotel and then very quickly ask the reception for another day of accommodation in the hotel. The reception staff helped us as much as possible and with full understanding and very quickly resolved our situation to our mutual benefit. We would especially like to commend the staff at the hotel reception: Anastasia, Vladimir and Ladislav and would like to thank them for their help and helpfulness in situations when we needed their help. The entire hotel staff is commendable and we would recommend staying at the Michael Hotel to everyone.
