Great location, very attentive staff, good value for a winter break. Comfortable bed and very effective curtains. Interesting town with plenty of green spaces and interesting buildings. Lots of running routes.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very kind. This hotel (and region) seems to cater towards German tourists. So speaking a little bit of Deutsch will absolutely make things easier. The price was excellent and it’s just across the street from the beer spa.

The hotel was spacious and clean. The rooms were generously sized, and there was a quality, good-smelling linen.

We arrived early but they let us offer the room to checked-in. It's very friendly. The room has everything we need. The bed mattresses were very comfortable. The location was also good. You can access many places within walking distance. The staff at the hotel restaurant were friendly and helpful.

One of a number of spas in Františkovy Lázně, Czechia, this one rated four stars. Extensive spa treatments available; in winter room rates quite affordable. Some (but not many) places within walking distance.

Horseback riding was easy to organize. We got lots of wood for a private Bonfire.

Huge room with a kitchen annex and a spacious bathroom. I needed it only for one night to stay during a business meeting. Despite heating, the room had a nice breeze. Breakfast ok, however quite poor choice of products.

Oldest hotel in town, huge and comfortable rooms, bathroom with a bathtub is a win

Wonderfully located hotel, just next to the park and at a reasonable price. Swimming pool in a main building, private parking, good and varied breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much! We didn't have time, but there was an option to take advantage of massage or other spa treatments. Definitely we will be back!
