Cleanliness, lovely view, kind, helpful receptionists, catering staff. Excellent location p,Close to means of transport, stations, airport, amenities, sights. Breakfast includes the price and its selection is amazing. Real value for money for exploring the city and its surroundings, just 55 mins from Prague by train. Highly advisable. A nice time travel back to the late 80s, early 90s design the restaurant area.

Cozy small hotel in the centre of the town. Quiet location. Hotel personnel are very attentive and friendly - they offered me a different room without any problem (the door of the first room was not closing properly, was fixed later). Overall, a very pleasant accommodation experience. Recommended.

Amazing place, large room, comfortable bed, two pillows, air conditioning. A full, hot breakfast prepared freshly. Delicious coffee. Free parking in front of the hotel. Nice and caring hosts. We had a rock concert nearby - lots of noise.

Communicative and helpful staff: When I made a reservation, I asked some questions (e.g. how to access the hotel from the train station) online they responded very clearly. After the arrival, due to minor problems in room facilities, I had to talk to staff members in the reception several times. Each time a different person was there, but after all, all of them turned out to be kind and responsive, even in a short interaction: they seemed to try to sort out the problem as if they are in my shoes. As this was the first time I visited Pardubice and thus I was prone to anxiety, the experience made my stay very comfortable.

Rooms are super comfortable and clean. Got a great amount of really good quality sleep.

Everything was amazing. It was my first time in Czechia. The hotel is in the centre of the city. The room was cool and comfortable. The staff is kind. Breakfast was delicious. The main station is 10 min by feet from the hotel.
