Communicative and helpful staff: When I made a reservation, I asked some questions (e.g. how to access the hotel from the train station) online they responded very clearly. After the arrival, due to minor problems in room facilities, I had to talk to staff members in the reception several times. Each time a different person was there, but after all, all of them turned out to be kind and responsive, even in a short interaction: they seemed to try to sort out the problem as if they are in my shoes. As this was the first time I visited Pardubice and thus I was prone to anxiety, the experience made my stay very comfortable.

Cleanliness, lovely view, kind, helpful receptionists, catering staff. Excellent location p,Close to means of transport, stations, airport, amenities, sights. Breakfast includes the price and its selection is amazing. Real value for money for exploring the city and its surroundings, just 55 mins from Prague by train. Highly advisable. A nice time travel back to the late 80s, early 90s design the restaurant area.

Pardubice is a bit of a hidden jewel. It's just the right size for a few days' exploration, it has many old and new attractions, great shopping within easy walking distance of the city centre, and, unlike Prague, it remains an affordable location.

Pardubice as a city is lovely clean place.

Pardubice as a city is lovely clean place. It has a nice vibe in the centre with all the cafes and beer gardens. Choice of restaurants to eat at is super and the prices are very reasonable. Nejen Dvorek restaurant is our fav place for lunch and evening meal. The city is so easy to get around, superb public transport and even the latest Bolt (Uber like) transport is very reasonable and reliable. You'd need to download app Bolt and you are set up for easy travel (pay by card just like you would with Uber). There is so much to do with children too, so many outdoor activities to chose from. We loved it here

Pardubice is a nice town, the gingerbread specialty you can buy is very cute and tasty. The town centre is very beautiful and nice. Quite a few restaurants. The castle looks nice from the outside, we didn't have time to visit. Would visit again.

Pardubice is a very pleasant city - visit Zamek (with interactive weapons exposition), walk trough the city center, get a coffee at historical decorated Cafe Bajer, visit Gocar Gallery at Automaticke mlyny, take a bike ride to Kuneticka hora, bike trough the woods and admire the beautiful nature or take a trip to nearby Hradec Kralove, on hot days visit Aquapce - swimming pools with water attractions

I've been to Pardubice several times and definitely...

I've been to Pardubice several times and definitely recommend it. Pardubice is a nice city in the central part of the Czech Republic. There's a lot of history to take in and a couple of self-guided tour routes you can find out about at the city tourism office. As Pardubice is a major rail point between the eastern and western points in the country, most trains going across the country pass through the city or have stops there. That makes the city easy to reach by train, so there really isn't a reason not to pay it a visit.

Surprisingly interesting town with a beautiful downtown, quite a few interesting sites (good quality museums and art galleries, magnificent castle). Absolutely charming and welcoming people. This town is worth a detour.

We liked this hotel so much that we have stayed there twice: once heading for the source of the Elbe and once on our return. The location near the castle and on the bicycle path along the Elbe is great. We were able to park out bicycles inside the restaurant so they were safe. The room is modern and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, with nice touches (like the little fruit pancakes). Very enjoyable stay.

It is a small pension with just a couple rooms upstairs and a restaurant on the main floor. Room looks as in pictures big room, big bathroom. Rooms clean. All the utensiles working. Good location (close to the old town and to Pardubice castle). Very kind staff, they explained everything and in overall were very helpful and gave a good positive vibe. Tasty breakfasts.

The hotel offers a good accommodation with nice views of the town. My room was spacious and fully renovated with brand new furnishing. Everything was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable, in my opinion. The hotel staff was very responsive, kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is attractive - 5 min walk to the city centre and 10 min to the main railway station.

The hotel was pleasant on the eye internally. Check-in and out was easy. The room was comfortable but could have been a little quieter. The shower head needed a de-chalking but there was still enough water. The buffet breakfast was good with lots of choice of hot and cold options although the coffee was awful (made from syrup).
