Communicative and helpful staff: When I made a reservation, I asked some questions (e.g. how to access the hotel from the train station) online they responded very clearly. After the arrival, due to minor problems in room facilities, I had to talk to staff members in the reception several times. Each time a different person was there, but after all, all of them turned out to be kind and responsive, even in a short interaction: they seemed to try to sort out the problem as if they are in my shoes. As this was the first time I visited Pardubice and thus I was prone to anxiety, the experience made my stay very comfortable.

Cleanliness, lovely view, kind, helpful receptionists, catering staff. Excellent location p,Close to means of transport, stations, airport, amenities, sights. Breakfast includes the price and its selection is amazing. Real value for money for exploring the city and its surroundings, just 55 mins from Prague by train. Highly advisable. A nice time travel back to the late 80s, early 90s design the restaurant area.

We found the pension when searching for a place to sleep over close to Pardubice. The stay was perfect! The property has everything you need. Extraordinary clean and absolutely quiet - during the night, even with an opened window, not a sound was heard. Tasty dinner and lovely huge breakfast. Friendly staff. We recommend going to the whirlpool, it was super-relaxing!

Pardubice is a bit of a hidden jewel. It's just the right size for a few days' exploration, it has many old and new attractions, great shopping within easy walking distance of the city centre, and, unlike Prague, it remains an affordable location.

So much to do in Dolni Morava.

So much to do in Dolni Morava. Different facilities cater for all ages, from gentle strolls, lovely views, bike and scooter rentals, the most exciting bobsleigh and of course the bridge walk. So much to do for children of all ages! Will return!

Litomyšl has a lot to offer not only during the festival of classical music. It is a beautiful hlstorial town set in enchanting countryside. At the same time it has been blessed with inspired elders who have invited excellent modern architects to amplify the charms of the town. In the neighbourhood I recomend a visit to the chateau and park at Nové Hrady, a rococo gem set in beautiful gardens.

We stayed because of (i) cultural events (Masopust celebrations, in UNESCO heritage) and other events suitable for kids, (ii) small ski slope where we showed our kids how to ski for the first time in their life, (iii) good cafes and restaurants, (iv) nice swimming pool, (iv) and nature.

The old market square, Langer's Villa and the Ottendorfer...

The old market square, Langer's Villa and the Ottendorfer house from the previous German time are very nice and have been renovated quite well during the last decades. The restaurant in Hotel Slavia is not so good, go to the bus station restaurant instead. In the evening, the market square was rather empty, no nice cafes, some drunk people and dog owners only. The houses around the city built after 1945 are quite ugly.

Pardubice as a city is lovely clean place. It has a nice vibe in the centre with all the cafes and beer gardens. Choice of restaurants to eat at is super and the prices are very reasonable. Nejen Dvorek restaurant is our fav place for lunch and evening meal. The city is so easy to get around, superb public transport and even the latest Bolt (Uber like) transport is very reasonable and reliable. You'd need to download app Bolt and you are set up for easy travel (pay by card just like you would with Uber). There is so much to do with children too, so many outdoor activities to chose from. We loved it here

Excellent area with many things to do, also for families...

Excellent area with many things to do, also for families with kids. Great for biking, hiking, even skiing in winter. Kids loved kids playground (Mamuti park) and also the sled rides (bobova draha), Sky bridge 721 was very nice. I would love to go back with mountain bike and do some rides. Must be also great in winter.

Pardubice is a nice town, the gingerbread specialty you can buy is very cute and tasty. The town centre is very beautiful and nice. Quite a few restaurants. The castle looks nice from the outside, we didn't have time to visit. Would visit again.

Dolni Morava is a good place for mountain biking / trail...

Dolni Morava is a good place for mountain biking / trail park riding. 4 trails of different difficulty is not that much, but they are pretty long (8km) and very well maintained, plus jump park at the bottom. The setting is very beautiful, specially in the fall. Clean air, silence and calm views make a stay here very plesant. On the negative side - it's a small town and therefore not many restaurants and shops, and they tend to close early.
