Gorgeous surroundings, amazing staff

Perfect hotel in such a beautiful town. The receptionists are greatly professional, and Ms. Louie is very friendly and indeed cares a lot about the guests. The hotel looks great with a traditional decoration style and the shower lotion and the shampoo are in L'OCCITANE! The streat view is marvelous and the breakfast place is very unique. I will definitely visit here again next time!

Great location, near the entrance of the town, have elevator , use room card for safety. Escalate my room to river view, great experience, if your budget allows, please book the river view room, you can hear the river to sleep and see people boating in front of your window. Great receptionist, allow me to checkout 1 hour later, help a lot because my bus is around 12:50. Great breakfast, I eat almost 2hours, different variety. From 7-10am. Eat by the river window !

Views to the castle and the river were splendid from all the windows and the restaurants. Room very confortable

Moder hotel in the heart of Český Krumlov. Located right in the main square. Spacious rooms. Excellent service. Good breakfasts. Pet friendly. Staff were very helpful. I liked pillows. Communication was excellent before arrival and during our stay. We asked help us with locating the place for New year Eve. And smart website/application where I could pay for dog, order slippers and other facilities

All was perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very cozy, have river view, amazing! Location is ideal i think! Just 5 minutes from the centre.

The hotel staff and facilities were great, perfect location, easy to find and access throughout the day.

The location is perfect, it’s right in the center just a few steps from the main square. Michael, at the reception was super nice to us from the moment I sent a message for a request, through our check-in and our check-out. I 100% recommend this hotel. It may not be fancy but we felt comfortable and were treated really good. Important to note there is no lift if you are taking heavy luggage but for just a backpack we didn’t think that was inconvenient at all.
