The hotel reception was nice and helpful, sending messages before check-in. They were also very friendly during our stay. They also clearly explained the late check-in procedure. The room was a great size for the family and had everything we needed for one night. The breakfast is fantastic!

Everything's much more wonderful than I expected. Here are a few things you should know: 1. Earplugs are provided, so you can escape from the noise. 2. If you're not planning to drive, make sure to arrive at Hildesheim Hbf before 7 p.m., as buses run very infrequently. 3. Your roommates matter. I stayed for three nights, and on the last night, one particular person gave me an unforgettable night because of their body odor. That was just my experience — but if you're booking now, you might end up making a great new friend instead.

Great location in the city centre, comfortable room, restaurant (I used it at my list stay) excellent! Staff really nice, the lobby is fantastic with a library on the second floor / balcony.

Location and room of the property is too good

Large parking, is pretty busy though, especially in the evening; The room was simple, looked rather old, but clean and neat;

Rooms is clean. And staff is perfect. Breakfast is amazing, eggs is fresh,bioa and so great taste.
