By far the best and only fully automated hotel we’ve stayed in. We booked the deluxe room with a private sauna in our room and it was pure luxury! The instructions were perfect and with an easy PIN code access. Free Parking was easy to find at the hotel. The balcony overlooked a beautiful lake, it is on a main road but with the sound proof glass it’s very quiet inside. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The complementary bath robes, water, coffee, tea, salt and pepper was such a nice touch too. I think the thing that makes this such an incredible place is the shower, it has settings like warm rain shower with the sound of birds singing, cold shower with thunder sounds and a heater on the wall! All with coloured lights for ambience. The tv was modern and had YouTube and internet. Be aware to keep the screens closed because there are mosquitos. There is also a small kiosk downstairs which is fully automated and you need to your bank card to enter and buy items.

Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are offered at this hotel, located in central Haren between the River Ems and the Haren-Rütenbrock Canal. Skittles facilities are also available for use.

Everything about Hotel Greive was genuine and dedicated to excellent service for guests without intruding. I was telephoned by Hotel Greive to make arrangements to receive my key on arrival on a Sunday evening after office hours. Really appreciated. The landlord is very nice and is always ready to help you with anything that comes up. The house is very well furnished, extremely spacious and sparkling clean. There is a very big kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils you can think of. There is good lighting. The house has recently been fitted with insect screens in all rooms. Bed linen and towels are included. Even games and bicycles are available on site. And last but not least there was also a washing machine and a dryer. Behind the house is a spacious terrace with a large table and comfortable garden chairs. Its easy to park right beside the house. The location is a very good starting point for cyclists and in the neighbourhood there are nice locations to take a hike, for example the forest close to Ter Apel (on the dutch side of the border, but close by). You can ride your bike and take a swim in the Dankern See. There is an EDEKA nearby where you can do your daily shopping. Top price-performance ratio! All in all a very nice house to have a very pleasant holiday.
