I loved the small container room, it had all what i needed. It was clean. I loved that it also had a TV and an AC.

Very helpful staff, we arrived way later than planned and we could still coordinate the check-in.

we had a ground floor room with access to a small terrace which greatly enhanced our comfort level during the stay. Breakfast was awesome with all fresh food

It was just as cozy as expected from the pictures. The place had a nice and calm atmosphere and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at Strandleben was wonderful. The food was incredible! We had dinner in the restaurant and our children declared the burgers the best they've ever had. I had the salmon - it was absolutely fantastic. Our rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - I loved the rhubarb juice and the variety of foods, especially the breads. There was a delightful walkway in front of the hotel bordering the water. The views were lovely in the evening!

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The restaurant served good food and breakfast offered a varied selection with great quality. The ship-themed rooms were charming and added a unique touch to the stay.

This will be my #1 choice when traveling from Stockholm to the south. Had an absolutely solid experience: clean room of a decent size, no unwanted sounds - properly quiet, blackout curtains on large windows, so I had fantastic sleep. Absolutely smooth experience in all interactions with staff. All of that already deserves 10, but then there was a restaurant! The first thing you'll notice in the restaurant is that there are suspiciously many locals there, even though the hotel is quite remotely located. Then, after you get the food you ordered, you understand why: the food is absolutely fantastic. Literally, I was (and still is) sorry that I don't live somewhere nearby to visit the restaurant frequently. A true gem ruled by a true Master! I'm very thankful for the great supper I had there.

Beautiful building which backs onto the the grounds of the castle (over the river). Lovely area to sit outside in the evenings, and the bar was available for us to use. Our room also had a view over the gardens. Wonderful staff who were helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was fine at this place. From staff to rooms we enjoyed the three night stay here. Breakfast was enjoyable with to many variety of food. The view at the lake makes this hotel special.
