Our stay in Habyt was amazing - clean and modern room with private kitchen and bathroom. It was easy to get there from airport via train. Trainstation and shops were in walking distance (10min). Although there was busy traffic outside, the room was completely soundproof. Check-in and out were quick and arriving/departuring times flexible.

The breakfast was amazing, a good variety of dishes and very delicious! The eating area is very big and comfortable, so is the lobby, the fact that you could have pizza and dinner at the hotel is definitely a plus point. The personal was extremely sweet and caring, I had a problem with the room's outlets/hairdryer and got the issue solved in under 15 min. The location is great as it's literally in front of the train station that takes you directly to Berlin. To get to Berlin's center, it will take about 30-35min with the Sbahn, and it's really close to the airport as well, it doesn't even take 20 min to get by train. There are 3 supermarkets where you can get groceries in less than 10 min walking, so you've got pretty much what you need close-by.
