The staff was very friendly. Since we booked two rooms, we initially confirmed only one—we didn't notice the other because we received two identical emails. In the end, we only got the code for one room, so when we arrived at the hotel around 8 PM, we only had one room available. We quickly called the emergency number, and they immediately sent us the code for the second room as well.
